Alberta Blue Cross 2017 Annual Report

The theme for the 2017 Alberta Blue Cross Annual Report was championing health and wellness. The report celebrates Alberta Blue Cross' goal to be a leader in setting the standard in providing wellness and health benefits. As well, it celebrates the employees of Alberta Blue Cross, who are the true champions of making those efforts a success.

Using my experiences from the 2018 Alberta Blue Cross Canada's Top 100 Employer Award application, I was able to approach this project with a little more refinement. With more resources and time, a professional photographer was hired to shoot the employee photos.

The design is a perfect-bound booklet, utilizing Alberta Blue Cross' corporate fonts and colour palette. I hope to add some playfulness with the imagery of the flexed bicep, depicting strength and championship. The content itself was  standard corporate annual report material with financials, but I hope the employee photos would make closer connection to the employees of Alberta Blue Cross.
