Alberta Blue Cross, Human Resources Operational Plan for 2020 - 2022

In a magazine format, this document highlights the past accomplishments and high-level operational plan for Alberta Blue Cross's Human Resources department, also called People, Wellness and Innovation. The audience is primarily for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, keeping them informed and updated on the department's progress. Printed and bound in-house for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, it can be made available internally as an electronic document, housed within Alberta Blue Cross's intranet.

My role is primarily design, organizing the information and data provided. Past accomplishments were represented in a graphic format, to give a quick overview. The operational plan is then broken up into 5 different areas, using colour as a differentiator and laid out as tables. The challenge I find here is that the client has initially asked for an infographic, but the data given did not lend itself to an infographic. I chose to use graphics to symbolize the information and ideas as it would be far easier to interpret the numerical data, and in some cases, no numerical data.
